Friday Arrival in Playa del Carmen

Shared Shuttle Service: A shared shuttle will be provided from Cancun Airport to your accommodation. Please contact us in advance if you prefer private transportation or have special requirements.
Check-In: Arrive at your Airbnb-style accommodation in Playa del Carmen. Check-in starts at 3 PM. The property features 5 rooftop pools, a restaurant, bar, masseuse, gym, and shared office space. The vibrant 5th Avenue and a supermarket are just a 1-minute walk away, and the beach is 4 minutes away.
- Early Arrival? Store your luggage at the front desk and explore the area. We’ll provide a local guide with activity suggestions.

Saturday in Puerto Morelos

You must see this small charming town located just a short distance from the airport before moving to Mexico. It is known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beaches.

8:30 AM: Group introduction and orientation over complimentary breakfast (7:30 AM - 9 AM) at a nearby restaurant.
Puerto Morelos Tour: Explore popular neighborhoods and developments, discussing pros and cons, pricing, safety, and accessibility. Visit key areas like markets and transportation hubs to understand local logistics.
Beach Club Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a beach club/restaurant while we discuss property investment, rental markets, and the benefits of renting before buying.
Relax & Return: Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach before heading back to Playa del Carmen by 5 PM.
Group Dinner: Join us at Lido Beach restaurant, a favorite hidden gem among locals and expats.

You can also skip the city tour and head straight to the beach club to have a relaxed day at the beach, where you can walk around and explore the cute town. There is also a restaurant on the Michelin Guide that you can visit.

Sunday Adventure to Puerto Aventuras, Akumal & Pamuul

Spend a day exploring three relocation-friendly gems—a luxury marina community, turtle-filled bays, and secluded beaches—all offering tranquil lifestyles in authentic, lesser-known corners of Riviera Maya.

9:30 AM: Meet and drive to Puerto Aventuras, a gated golf and marina community popular with expats relocating to Mexico.
- Explore Puerto Maya to see how locals live.
Akumal: Snorkel with turtles, sea rays, and tropical fish, or relax on the beach.
Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a beachside restaurant or a local taqueria and discuss healthcare and insurance.
Pamuul: On the way back, visit this small, lesser-known village for a drink and a glimpse of local life.
Group Dinner: Dine with locals and expats.

Monday in Tulum

9:00 AM: Meet in the lobby and depart for Tulum.

Afternoon Options:
